A floor that can be serviced in place.
Carpet tile is installed as a modular field: the pattern is mapped, tiles are set to a stable line, and cuts at walls and doors are finished so the room reads as one surface. When a tile is damaged later, that module can be replaced without lifting the rest of the installation.
The same approach suits offices, corridors, and other high-use interiors where downtime and future service matter as much as the finished look.
